Returns + Refunds
In-Store Purchases
Please note: Items purchased in-store are not eligible for refunds.
For all in-store purchases, we offer:

Exchange for another item of equal or higher value, or
-
A store credit valid for 12 months
Refunds for in-store purchases will only be issued if the item is confirmed to be faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Full-Priced Items
Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the garments are:

In original condition
-
Not worn
-
Not damaged after purchase
-
With all original tags attached
-
In original packaging
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer:

An exchange for another garment of the same or higher value, or
-
A store credit valid for one year
Refunds (where applicable) exclude original shipping charges and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, gift card, Afterpay, etc.).
Out of Stock Items
Our inventory is not updated in real time, and items may sell out. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you within three business days. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will offer an alternative style/size or issue a full refund.
Return Costs
For all domestic and international orders, return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer. VAN BRUSSEL does not cover return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable postal service.
Once your return/exchange is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return will not be accepted.
Please note: after the initial exchange, no further exchanges, refunds, or credit notes will be issued.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Our team will assess the item in line with Australian Consumer Law and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Sale Items
Sale items (where a strikethrough price is shown) are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be exchanged for product(s) of equal or higher value or a store credit valid for one year.
Return shipping for sale items is the responsibility of the customer.
After the initial exchange, no further exchanges, refunds, or credit notes will be issued.
Bespoke and Limited Edition Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any One-Off, Bespoke, or Limited Edition items. These purchases are final sale.
