REFUNDS

Full-Priced Items

Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the garment/s are:

  • In original condition

  • have not been worn

  • have not been damaged after purchase

  • have all original tags attached

  • are in original packaging.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, we can offer an exchange for another garment of the same or higher value, or a store credit note that is valid for one year.

The total amount refunded or credited will exclude the original shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (e.g, credit card, gift card, Afterpay account).

Out of Stock Items

Our stock quantities are not updated in real time, therefore items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within three business days.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will provide an alternative style or size option. If no alternative is suitable, we will issue a full refund.

Return Costs

For all orders (domestic and international), return or exchange shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer. VAN BRUSSEL does not cover return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.

Once your refund or exchange request has been approved, please ensure you return your item(s) within 7 days. If items are not shipped within this timeframe, the return will not be accepted, and we will be unable to issue an exchange or refund.

Please note: after the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds, or credit notes issued beyond this.

Gift Vouchers

Please note that we do not accept refunds for gift vouchers.

Faulty Items

We make every effort to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, in the rare event that you find a fault in an item you have ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@vanbrussel.com and ensure you include:

  • your name

  • order number

  • a photo of the issue

  • brief description of the fault.

Our team will assess the issue and respond with a solution as quickly as possible.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale, where a strikethrough price is displayed, can only be exchanged for product(s) of equal or greater value or store credit (valid for one year). The total amount credited will exclude original shipping charges. Shipping costs for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

Bespoke and Limited Edition Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any One-Offs, Bespoke, or Limited-Edition items. These purchases are final sale.
